Frequently asked questions
- 01You can reach us at 02 8748 7100 during our office hours of 8am - 2pm Monday to Friday. If you are contacting us before or after this time feel free to email sales@patisserie.com.au (mailto:sales@patisserie.com.au)where we monitor our messages regularly and will be in touch as soon as possible.
- 02Gourmet Occasions is located at 19-23 Egerton Street, Silverwater NSW 2128. Gourmet Occasions is the retail arm of Continental Patisserie; it is not a retail store. All orders are available for pick up only at the Continental Patisserie factory in Silverwater. All orders have to be in by 12pm the day before, and we are not open on weekends.

- 04You sure can! Our ordinary cut off time is 12pm for next day pick up, but you can lock in your order from whenever you are ready!
- 05Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as proof that we have received your order. If you haven't received a confirmation, please contact our customer service team at sales@patisserie.com.au (mailto:sales@patisserie.com.au)and they will assist you.
- 06We do. However, please note our products are made in a kitchen whereby ingredients such as eggs, fish, sesame, peanuts, milk, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, sulphites and crustaceans are also used. Whilst precautions are taken to separate these ingredients on request, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients. - 07Absolutely. We love feeding a crowd. For large quantities or office events, simply order as usual online – our system will show what’s available. For very large enquiries, contact us and we’ll help plan your menu.
- 08Not at the moment – everything is pickup only to ensure the food is fresh, beautiful, and handled with care.
- 09Each product has slightly different requirements, but here’s the general guide: Savoury items Refrigerate until heating/serving. Cakes Store chilled unless serving immediately. Mini desserts Refrigerate; remove 10–15 minutes before serving for best texture. Party packs Follow the individual instructions provided on each item. Can the savoury items be reheated? Yes – they’re designed to reheat beautifully. Pop them in the oven (not microwave) until warm and crisp.
- 10Our products are freshest on the day of pickup, but most will keep up to 3 days refrigerated.
- 11Not at the moment – our range is designed for speed, convenience, and guaranteed quality. But the selection is large (and beautiful).
